After suffering through a particularly polluted winter last year I decided to purchase some air purifiers for our apartment in hopes it would help with the indoor air quality. I purchased this smaller one for use in our bedroom. It sits on my husbands nightstand and we run it continuously. Every so often I will take out the filter and run the vacuum attachment over the smaller charcoal filter that is attached to the HEPA filter so I can make my filters last as long as possible. I usually change the filter out completely every six months. I haven't needed to replace the ultraviolet lightbulb yet and hopefully won't need to for awhile. Besides purifying the air it al...

Beth - 5 out of 5 stars review3/17/2021I bought this to replace an old air filter that was failing. I'm quite impressed with this one. It has 3 fan settings, on low it's really quiet. We like it for the steady noise though, to drown out outside noises. This air cleaner moves a lot of air in our bedroom and we sleep soundly. We both have allergies and this unit works great to filter the air.

Filter is easy to change and it looks nice as well. The price could be a little lower. Also mine had a bit of w smell when it first started but dissipated after a few days.
