Great paper for crafting
I Love love this paper because it's heavy weight and cuts like butter on my Sizzix Eclips cutting machine. You can't beat the price! This is the only white paper that I use for the base of all my 3D projects and also cards. You can view all my paper creations at http://cardsbygeyda.blogspot.com/

My 65lb paper is thicker than this
This is very thin "110lb" paper. I was disappointed when I opened it as it was thinner than the 65lb paper I already had. I would not recommend.

Great cardstock!

Verified purchase

Georgia-Pacific cardstock is a staple in our home. It's used for homework and school projects and primarily as a basic art and craft supply. I print collage items on it, paint on it, and make art journals out of it. It holds up well to different mediums and creases well. Can't beat the price, so stock up! Only draw back is that it isn't acid free if you're concerned about it being archival.

GP White Cardstock

Verified purchase

I'm a teacher that prints A LOT of activities for my classroom. I have found this cardstock to be quite durable with the kids. It is 110lb which is a little heavier than what I have found at the craft stores. It is also reasonably priced (even though I've noticed it recently went up about 50 cents).

1. This says the weight is 110. Also it works perfectly in an HP All-In-One printer because that's what I have.

3. The label says 110 pound But most people would say it looks like 90 pound.

4. For this paper it's about 199 g/m2 (gsm). This is 110 lb index paper, not to be confused with 110 lb cover paper which is 300 g/m2. This 110 lb paper feels/weighs like a 80 lb cover card stock.

5. I'm not so sure the answer given is correct. I prefer to consult the manufacturer for specs like this. According to 'Paper Math' : http://www.georgiapacificpaper.com/docs/PaperMath.pdf, the conversion factor for 'Office/Book Papers' is 1.480. They don't show 110 lb paper but they do show 100 lb as 148 gsm and 120 lb as 178 gsm, so 110 lb would be 110 * 1.480 = 162.8 gsm, rounded to 163 gsm. Hope this helps someone.

1. I have both of these papers in hand. The GP is heavier feeling and a bit thicker. It is also much brighter white than the Wausau Papers is.

5. It's not! Don't buy the GP. Wausau is a better brand though.

1. I have used this cardstoc for business cards. It is a brighter white than many of the others and gives a clean sharp image.

2. Yes, it would work for business cards. The weight of the stock would be fairly comparable to the perforated Avery business card sheets you can buy.... a little lightweight for a business card but it certainly would work.
