I like a bit of kick to my food. I add this to a teriyaki stir fry sauce by kikkoman ( I poured the flakes into the bottle so the sauce absorbed the spice) and it gave a new dimension to the taste. The heat level is very mild IMO. In comparison to Jalepeno these are not hot at all.
