Turned my hair DARK purple!

I had medium blonde hair with a good 4 inches of natural root and lighter ends. I have fair skin and freckles so red tones look great on me. No where near the color on the box! (True red 66 pomegranate) The root and prior colored hair both became the purple so I know it wasn’t a prior product or other concern on my end... so disappointed!

Toned out the orange

I bought this in hopes of fixing the orange tone I got after a bad dye job. It definitely did the trick and also blended out my roots as well. I included both photos so you can see the before and after. Of course it would have been great to get a true ash color after my first dye, but my hair was so orange/red that I couldn't expect perfection. I am very happy with the results and I will but this color again!

So Disappointed!!

I have been using this Color for about 10yrs its bright and has great high lights!! I haven't had the best of luck with other color brands and the one you recommended 66 is not a compilable color its dark, more brown and not bright at all. I keep checking on your website in hopes that you will either bring 76 back or give us a better solution.

Please don't discontinue!

I've been using this color for nearly a decade and there's never been any other shade of red that I've been as happy with as this one. I hate how purple so many 'red' hair dyes are, especially the suggested pomegranate one. This shade was always so perfect. I'm absolutely heartbroken that it's been discontinued. I guess I'll have to start going to a salon to get the right color from now on. =(

Ugh

I'm 29, never colored my hair or done anything really. I LOVE my hair, it's healthy and shiny and thick and perfect but I didn't love my color. Natural hair is dark brown underneath, light brown Midway through and blonde on top with natural red tones, I've always wanted red hair, a natural ginger shade that all my aunts and even my toddler have. The only red shade I could find from Garnier (which I wanted to use this brand because it's supposed to be more gental on your hair) was True Red. I knew the color on the box wasn't what I was looking for but I didn't know it would turn my hair a gross mauve-pink shade with bright red roots. I hated it. I decided to try Light Brown Auburn and it's even worse. These colors are not as they're described or as pictured. They're awful. And now, get this, my fiance applied for a marriage license and we have 30 days to tie the knot or he's out the $50 application fee. I'm so disgusted with this and the only thing I can find to fix it is Color Oops and now I'm terrified of making it worse. How can I get married looking like this?!!! Attached are pictures of my natural color, after True Red and after Auburn (which now made my hair purple with still bright red roots) I'm so upset about all this, I regret experimenting with my hair now.
