We had an earlier version and our last house and wanted another one in the the new build. It's a work horse, easy to clean, and sufficient burners for some serious cooking with gas.

My Review of the GE Gas Cooktop (Model JGP5036SLSS) I absolutely love my GE gas cooktop! The JGP5036SLSS model has exceeded all my expectations. Not only does it look sleek and modern with its stainless steel finish, but it also performs beautifully. The burners heat up quickly and evenly, giving me precise control whether I'm simmering a delicate sauce or boiling a big pot of pasta. I especially appreciate the center power burner – it's perfect for larger pots and cuts cooking time significantly. The continuous grates are another standout feature, making it easy to slide pots around without lifting them. Plus, clean-up is a breeze with the sealed burners and dishwasher-safe grates. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and super functions!

This is one of the best designed cooktops we have owned! I especially like the two power boil elements. Having one for a regular size pot, and another for a large stock pot for soup or chili is amazing option to have. I am looking forward to using the griddle option that is available too. Super sleek look and easy care adds to the value!
