This was exactly as described, factory sealed and well packaged with inner and outer boxes that saved it from a minor box crush. It shipped quickly and arrived exactly on schedule via FedEx. Prior to purchasing I contacted the seller and received a very fast clear response. I rate the seller 5 stars. There was an offer in the box to extend the manufacturers warranty out to three years full coverage parts and labor (from one) for about $42. 00. I came at this looking for a reasonably priced replacement for a 10 year old 36” Wolf that finally failed suddenly. I am probably selling the home so didn't want to spend huge $$$ but also didn't want to put something in that would discourage a buyer. This 36” Frigidaire is a pleasant surpris...

Cooktop is defective. Does not heat on one side of the central burner. Would be a great cooktop if it worked correctly.

    You'll love this cooktop

    If you already have pots and pans that are compatible with an induction cooktop, you're going to love this cooktop. My wife love the cooktop because it gives her precise temperature control and not much radiated heat the old electric and the gas cooktops put out.

    My 1st induction cooktop and all I will ever own!

    I love the electromagnetic induction features...faster heating than conventional electric cooktop, cooler surface than electric or gas cooktop, precise temperature control like gas without the open flame, induction cookware provides more even heating, and without burners that electric/ gas cooktops have, my induction cooktop is a breeze to clean!     Love induction cooking!

    This unit is the 36" which provides lots of room for pots and pans when cooking. The touch controls work great and cooking with induction is a new (a great) experience. The heat control is instant and bring pots up to temp is super quick. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Frigidaire 36"induction stovetop

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Frigidaire Induction Stovetop. I love the even cooking it brings. To keep the skillets and pans from scratching the surface I slip a piece of parchment paper under the pan to cook. Just a tip i learned. Want to keep the top finish looking new and unscratched. The temps are so fast and cooks everything perfect. I recommend Frigidaire Induction stovetops to everyone. Going to replace my double baking oven soon and will be getting a Frigidaire!
