Im so impressed! My energy levels are up, my digestion is better, my mood feels more stable. I wanted to try a more expensive version of these with the female organs as well, but I couldn't afford them. Im so impressed by these, that Im just going to stick with this brand because they work so well for me!! To me, these have zero taste and no after burp. Its just like taking any other capsule. 5 is the dose, but somedays I just take either skip them 2 or 3 if I dont need as much energy and it saves me money. If you don't like to eat offal.....

I buy these for my dog. It's a great way to make sure she gets the offal she needs when I don't have time (or forget) to thaw out the organs I have in the freezer. As with all supplements that I give my animals, I choose the dose knowing that the container's suggested dosage is for a 150 lb. person. My dog is 80 lbs. Anytime I start her on a new supplement, I start slow - I gave her one capsule only in her morning's meal, for a week to see how her body reacts to it. Then, if she seems to be ok after that week, I give her one capsule in each meal (morning and night) for a week and she how her body reacts to the new amount. Since the dosage on the bottle suggests 5 capsules (for a 150 lb. person), I am satisfied giving her almost half of that (so she gets 2 capsules per day). She's doing really well on these so I plan to keep them on hand. Hubs and I also plan to take them ourselves, as soon as we finish our other brand.
