Tip: Yeast thrives in warm water, not hot, so avoid the microwave and simply use tap water.Stir with a spoon until a ball forms (dough may be stiff).In the same bowl, use your hands to flatten the dough, then fold in half. Continue to flatten and fold a total of 1020 times. If dough is sticky, add a sprinkle of flour.Cover bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Dough will rise, but will not double in size.Use your hands or a spatula to carefully transfer the dough from the bowl to a greased baking sheet.
