Came torn and damaged, not sure it lasts

It came in a torn up box, missing a band strap and also still dirty from whoever had it before me. There was build up where the battery connects and the screen doesn't brighten fully like it should. Once it connected it gave me a readout of info that was not mine. Trued to give it the benefit of the doubt despite terrible condition on arrival but I fear it wasnt worth it.

This is my 3rd Fitbit Versa %26 I like them for the most part. The tracking is great; however, the problem I've had with all 3 watches are the wristbands because they always seem to break off. However, this last purchase has not been the greatest. The digits are very dim even though I have adjusted the brightness.

Disappointing

I could not get the watch to show anything on the screen. I can feel the vibration but nothing more. I followed the instructions to perform the hard reset on the watch itself and on the cell phone. Neither were successful. I would've attached a photo but the item has been packaged, ready for return. So frustrating.
