Don't Waste Your Money!

I got this as a gift, and sadly it was such a waste of money for the gift giver. Not a single one of the 'looks' worked. The 'water marbling' effect was just a jumbled clump of polish all over my fingernail; and the Nail Guard did NOTHING to keep the polish off of my finger. The 'newspaper transfer' just slid right off; even if you clear coat it, it still slides right off. Also, none of the excess paper comes off. I even tried cutting it first to the shape of my nail and it still just slid right off. Finally, the 'magnetic magic' was a joke. I tried it first by putting one coat of polish on and then using the magnet on the wet, fresh coat and nothing happened. I took the polish off and tried with one coat and it still didn't work. I've used Sally Hansen's magnetic nail polish before and it turned out great, so I know it wasn't me. I was so excited when I received this kit, but that was quickly turned into extreme disappointment when, after trying all three effects, I ended up using a polish I already owned to paint my nails. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Buy something that actually works.

Does not work and it smells.

My husband seen this in the store and decided to surprise me with it, being Christmas I wanted to use the magnetic, because the design kinda reminded me of a snowflake, i put on the polish supplies and tried the magnet nothing happened, and the nail polish smelled like a sharpie marker, i tested the magnets on my other magnetic sally hanson nail polish it did not work on them either. i have yet to try the newspaper nails but i'm not getting my hopes up, and as to the marbeling the way they have it put down is insane i'll stick to the old fashioned way!
