Ordered online, took to my local tire shop who is a small chain here in OK to have mounted. Mounted tire but wouldn't completly seat on bead no matter the amount of soap or goop applied. End up bead breaking. After we removed the tire back off and inspected, bead appeared kinked in a couple spots. I watched them mount tire and they did not have to apply a lot of pressure to get tire on rim, so they didn't kink it. What they believe, and I do too, is that tire was either damaged in transit or in ware house. Possibly ran over by forklift. By the way, Kinks were not easily seen, very subtle. Took tire to Walmart and they would not cover it, blaming it on tire shop... Other tire shop won't cover because they say defect in tire, in which I agree. I am out $65. When they ship these to you they come with a label with your address taped on outside of tire. No protection provided for shipping. Walmart has lost any tire business from me. I have bought several sets of tires throughout the years... Live and learn folks. Like I said probably a fluke, but in principle I am done with them!
