I recently received the FLOWER Ultimate Powder Brush in the mail. On first glance, the packaging is normal plastic makeup brush packaging. On the back it gives a brief blurb of what makeup to use the brush for, and how it can be washed. The brush is made out of man-made hair. On the back of the packaging it also mentioned that the company does not test on animals, which I like. The handle of the brush is very sturdy, but kind of bulky. It is black with the brand name printed on the side. Since the handle is made of black plastic, you can see fingerprints all over it after I finish using it. The ferrule of the brush is a coppery rose-goldish color, and the bristles are white and fade into a taupe color. The bristles are very soft, but the brush is not as dense as it looked. I did wash the brush, though, and even after I washed it and tugged on the bristles, they did not budge. When applying my powder, I find it kind of difficult to achieve the coverage I want with this brush because bristles are not that dense. When I am using it I am not sure whether or not the brush is actually picking up any powder or not. It is a soft brush, and I recommend this to anyone who does not wear medium to heavy coverage of makeup.
