A1: The massager is powered by battery and operated on the touch screenin order to prevent power on and work during transportation or storage, it's designed to long press 3 seconds to turn on. Please charge it for 1-2hours before the first use to ensure that there is enough remaining power.

Q2: How do l know when it needs to be charged?

A2: The battery indicator light will flash in red if it runs out of battery, thedevice will stop working and you need to charge it.

Q3: How long it takes to be fully charged?

A3: It takes about 2 hours to be fully charged.

Q4: Why does it stop working during use?

A4: The hand massager has a 20-minute auto shut off function, you canrestart it if needed.

Q7: How many heating levels, why I can't feel any heating?

A7: There are 2 heating levels. The heating function is off by defaultyou can press the Heat button to choose the Low or High heating levelsand the heating function can be turned off again after the 3rd press.
