I ordered Euro Cuisine yogurt maker and starter. I am writing comment after using it for last one week. I make batch of yogurt every alternate day. I have used full one packet of starter with my first batch and I am using my yogurt made from this to make another batches and the outcome so far is great. I am using whole milk and keeping machine run for 6 hours and is getting very nice quality yogurt. You cannot able to figure out the difference between homemade yogurt or the market one. I am very impressed by this starter and machine. Another benefit of using euro cuisine is that I can use my own Pyrex bowl for using yogurt at home and glass jars to take yogurt to work. I would definitely recommend this starter along with yogurt maker if you want to save some money on everyday basis with no hassle of purchasing yogurt from grocery stores.

great product. wish you can buy it at the store.
Sour Creamy at the right point with this starter
First batch used low fat condensed milk and set for 8 hours. It came out watery like yogurt drink. Second batch used low fat condensed milk with 2 Table spoons of milk powder and set for 10 hours. It came out so good, very smooth and sour to the right point.
This powder makes the best yogurt I could make, and it turns out perfect every time. I live in a semi-rural area, so yogurt starter in a powder form is very convenient, and always available to me. No long drives to the grocery store to buy some yogurt for a starter. I love the powder.
I initially tried making yogurt using a big dollop of plain yogurt with live cultures purchased from the grocery store. I followed the yogurt maker instructions. The result came out lumpy like cottage cheese with whey floating on top. It was not good. For my next batch, I used the yogurt starter and followed the package directions. That yogurt came out nice and thick like Greek yogurt with a tangy taste. Yum!
Yogurt came out just right. Loved the free sample.
makes the yogurt very bitter w/ adding a lot of sweetner
Kinda disappointed ☹️ I made this purchase And did everything right but, I didn't get yogurt
It does not work at all.
Forget about it. Waste of money. I used a single, then a double, then a double with a pot of yogurt. It just does not work.
This stuff is way too expensive for as little as it makes. I have a two quart " Euro Cuisine" yogurt maker that requires 64 ounces of milk but each packet only makes 42 0z of milk into yogurt, also it has unnecessary additives presides the culture such as sucrose. Plus you pay way too much for postage. I am returning the product.
