Walmart is Great, but Sanitaire sucks!
As always, Walmart service is excellent. The vacuum arrived missing a part (filter cover) and Sanitaire told me not to operate it. They also said it would be an additional 7 to 10 business days to get the part to me. They could have sent it priority mail with a 2 day service. Usually Sanitaire's are great commercial vacs.....but if you have to deal with their customer service you will be disappointed. I had to return the vac to WalMart and I bought a Hoover.
