Never owned a robotic vacuum and so far I am very impressed. I own an expensive vacuum and wasn?t expecting a robovac of this size to have so much suction. This Robovac picked up debris that my expensive vacuum missed.
The Eufy 35C Robovac is very easy to set up. I installed the Eufy app which links the vacuum to my phone. I like that there is the option of either using the included remote or the app to operate.
This vacuum comes with a variety of cleaning modes but my favorite would have to be the manual setting where you can direct the vacuum. So if there is an area that needs extra attention you can either use the remote or app to manually operate the direction of the vacuum. The remote I find to be a bit easier to use when using this feature. In the automatic cleaning mode you can apply three different levels of suction which I found very helpful. So on a delicate faux animal skin rug I used the standard setting and on my carpet I used max suction. The vacuum also can transition from carpets to rugs to tile to hardwood easily. When I used it throughout my house it never got stuck or caught on any of these different surfaces. The vacuum is also slim enough to fit underneath my bed and different pieces of furniture. I also like that it?s not noisy like a regular vacuum would be. The included boundary tape is easy to install and I used it at the top of my stairway as a safeguard. When the vacuum is finished cleaning, it goes back to its charging base and connects automatically with no assistance required. Cleaning out the dust box is easy to do also.

I tried this unit fora few days. The unit kept getting stuck trying to go over 1/4 threshold between . The unit kept getting clogged even when I vacuumed before it arrived and charged for 6 hours. I watched the unit work and would just go where ever and most of the times the same place over and over again. I'm sticking with my old upright vacuum with me in charge of where the vacuum goes. I also noticed when unit went on rugs left dog hair on the rug. Returned unit for refund.

I love this Eufy model, such a smart device. It's so easy to navigate it through the app on the phone, i connected it to my google assistant so it's even more comfortable although it has its own remote. What surprised me that this robovac knows where to go and after all rooms are done, it goes straight to the base to charge. It's amazing! I scheduled it to clean floors every week at the same time for 30 min which is so helpful in the busy household. Another great features that I really appreciate are really high quality cleaning, I have a dog that is shedding so the vacuum cleaned everything(!) and in my closet I put boundary strip which doesn't allow robovac to go there if I don't need to, it's super convenient. I was so excited to open up this little slice of heaven! I have two small dogs that shed a little bit. It's so nice to sit back, push play, and let a tiny robot vacuum up for me! Great robovac! It climbs thresholds pretty well - it will sometimes get stuck but it is smart enough to wiggle itself free so you don't need to go rescue it. Mine had a slight issue where it was making a noise and was pretty loud and the customer service was AMAZING. They sent me a brand new robovac before making me send mine back to them. They got back to me within 1 day and fixed the issue without question. Highly recommended! We no longer need to vacuum our home because of this little guy. We also run him upstairs 1-2 time a week so other than the stairs, it covers the entire house. We use the real vacuum cleaner once every couple of months but that isn't even necessary anymore.
Only had my Eufy for a week, but so far, we?re loving it. I?ve not been able to connect to WiFi. Support sent letter with suggestions but it didn?t work. We?ve been running it with manual controls and it?s working great, so I?m that concerned about WiFi access. I wouldn?t run it while I?m not here anyway. It?s perfect for us! Love having a clean house everyday.
This is my second one I have purchased. The first one was kidnapped by one of my grandchildren who has repeatedly stated "Granny I love Robbie the RobotVac-please don't make me give him back (-_-)!"
So going forward I think my new Eufy Robot Vacuum is very good, and my cat thanks you as well cuz she loves Robbie the Robot too!!!

Alexa calls it RoboVac and it does that really well. Great suction on carpet and hard floors. Glides over throw rugs and thresholds . Imagine telling your Echo to ?tell RoboVac to clean the floor?. Set a timer for it to start itself or use your phone to start it before you get home. Get one, you?ll love it!
Recent purchase. So far it performs as expected. The height of the vacuum was one of our considerations and this one fits nicely under couch and most of our furniture. The remote control and WiFi connections are very useful. We do have a pet and it does an excellent job of picking up pet hair.
At this point, overall, we are very pleased with our purchase.
Very cool little vacuum. It took awhile to set it up but it's not too difficult. You attach a few things, turn it on, let it charge. Connecting it to my phone via the app took a few tries but I got it set up. It works pretty well but I will say there are certain ways it works best. It's not for heavy duty cleaning, it can't pick up super large particles or do any deep cleaning. But it's good for light surface cleaning and quick tidying up. It works well on low and medium pile carpets and bare floors. It has a large enough dust bin so you can do at least 2 rooms before having to clean it out. The dust bin is a little awkward to get out but it's easy to do. The little robot does a pretty good job navigating around, it's funny to watch it. You can set it up to clean by using the vacuum's touch controls, manually control it via the remote or the app. The included boundary strip is helpful, you can put some down to prevent the robot from going anywhere you don't want it to go. Then he goes back to his little charger. This little robot would probably be great for those living in smaller living spaces like apartments or small homes. Again, this is best for LIGHT cleaning - not deep cleaning or heavy duty stuff - and for small spaces. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
1. Hi. When it is out of power, it will try to return to it charging base. But it does not support the function of mapping so it cannot remeber whether it stops last time. It is an entry-level model. If you prefer a mapping model, please search for Eufy RoboVac L70 Hybrid.
