Don't buy this or ANYTHING from LIANTRAL!

Fun fact -- I ordered this once from LIANTRAL via Walmart and when it FINALLY came, it was ABSOLUTELY NOT the Essential Oils Storage Rack. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with Walmart customer service -- fighting the incredibly stupid AI screening that Walmart has foolishly put in place, thinking it will be "more efficient" when it can't understand a single word you tell it. When I FINALLY got to speak to a human being, I got a very nice customer service person -- TWICE, since I had to call twice to solve the initial order's problem. What you may be surprised to discover as a Walmart customer like me who switched from Amazon Prime to Walmart Plus mostly because of the ease of return to my local Walmart store for online items, SOME items sold by Walmart CANNOT be returned via the store. No! You have to go through the same hassle that Amazon Prime forces you to do with shipping labels (Walmart sent me the wrong one, thank you Walmart), find the proper FedEx or USPS office to return it, etc. etc. Honestly, with this kind of hassle, I might as well go back to being an Amazon Prime member because the level of shoddy stuff from dodgy, lazy suppliers seems to be about even at both now... And Walmart Plus' advantage of a member being able to return said shoddy item back to said dodgy, lazy supplier through the Walmart store is not there for shoddy, dodgy items like this one. After INSISTING on speaking to a manager about all the hassle I had as a Walmart Plus member returning this stack of 4 little wooden shelves and some random rope, which Liantral claims is the "Essential Oils Storage Rack" seen in the item description, I foolishly trusted Walmart in their recommendation that I reorder it again (after my refund was received). Silly, trusting me! The SECOND order of the "Essential Oils Storage Rack" turned out to be an equally shoddy batch of 4 pieces of wood, some very scratchy rope and a bunch of mysterious screws. Again, NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM IN THE PICTURE!!! What is wrong with this supplier? Why is Walmart allowing them to sell ANYTHING to its (purportedly) valued customers and Walmart Plus members??? So, again, I am expected by Walmart to request the refund, get the (possibly wrong, again) return shipping label, drive over to the FedEx place again and return this box of absolute trash. But I'm not going to do that. I'm calling Walmart as soon as I post this review and insist that they take this box of trash back at the store and refund me my money. That is the solution to this one repeating irritation at the Walmart supplier. But want to hear the kicker? At least one other customer previously had the SAME PROBLEM with this item and put that in their review. Did Walmart call Liantral after my complaint on same item -- or will they this time? I doubt it! I am now seriously doubting the value for money and convenience proposition of Walmart.com in general. What a mess.
