Great Fiber at a Lower Price
This generic is the same in mixability and effectiveness as the name brand alternative. Everyone in the house uses including a dog who has digestive issues and needs fiber added to his prescription food daily! I buy this larger size not available in the store because it is more economical. I mix mine in tea and doggie gets his mixed in Purina Gastrointestinal prescription diet.
Great fiber supplement
I've been taking this fiber supplement for over a year and so far it has worked great for my system. I was buying the exact same product with a pharmacy label and discovered it is 50% less expensive at Walmart for the same ingredients. I'm very pleased with this product.
Works for me
I need does take this due to doctor's recommendation. This powder disappears into my coffee every morning. It is tasteless and I never have a residue in the cup.
As helpful as Benefiber!!
Since I started using this product for over 2 months, I no longer have any constipation. I read that somebody complained that it didn't dissolve as well as Benefiber....well!!! I always use it with either lukewarm or warm water so I didn't have any problem at all. Try it, because this way, you'll save a lot more money buying this brand instead of Benefiber....unless you have plenty of money to waste, so why not ha ha. I can understand that because I used to buy only the brand names until I read Consumer Reports, and realized I've been so ignorant all those years!!!! After that, I would check Consumer Reports before buying anything :).
