good product for the kids but poorly wrapped

All of the pieces were in the box but the box had been dropped during shipping hard enough to split the sides of the box. The plastic tray holding all the parts was broken, and the fan and speaker were discovered to be broken upon arrival. I tried using the Walmart online Ai chat feature to discuss getting the replacement parts in the kit, but the Ai chat system eventually told me after many useless questions to call a number. I called the number after the long Ai chat and ultimately got tired of the hold time because time is money. I ended up replacing the broken parts by purchasing out of pocket directly from Elenco for another $17.53 on top of my purchase price. I won't be buying anything from this seller again.
