I love these! They are easy to put together, I did it by myself and I’m a woman who’s only 5’2. I love that the shelves are wide (2 feet). It fits storage bins very nicely. I bought 3 of these and would buy more if I need more garage shelves in the future.

Nice, Wide, Sturdy Shelves
Perfect for storing boxes and other clutter in my garage. Easy to assemble. The only issue was the connectors to stack the shelves did not come in the box. I emailed the company and with charge they sent them to me in 3 days. Will purchase more for sure
Great products, pretty easy assembly.
These shelves are great. Very sturdy. They are pretty easy to setup, you just need a rubber mallet. The only hard part is the middle shelf. Just need to make sure you stack the rails correctly then they work great. In the 15 to 30 minute range for assembly. Also I had to contact support for missing and broken pieces, they were fantastic, had me parts on the way the next day! Great to have a company that stands behind their products that way. I am going to buy some more shelves from Edsal.
I will buy more, love it!!
I'm very pleased with this unit. Super easy to put together. I had all the pieces/parts and the shelves were not damaged...HUGE!! Everything was piled on top of each other in my basement. I can get to it all now. Very happy with this purchase and plan to buy more.
Arrived BROKEN BUT got a REFUND and to KEEP !!
I took one star away because when it arrived every shelf had a corner broken I missed 34-year-old quadriplegic so I had to have someone put it together for me which cost me a couple hours and Walmart made good on it and gave me a refund as other people left the same review it was missing some parts basically just one of the polls went to Home Depot pick one up for six box put it all together anyway and turned out great so if you could get it shipped without it breaking then you’re golden it’s actually a really good shelf if they happen to ship it and it does get broken you will keep it and get your money back as it’s a large item and it’s worth little to them to pay for a ticket shipped back to them in broken conditions… They will tell you sorry and give me your money back So can’t say anything bad about Walmart customer service it’s OK with me right away they took care of me so I am happy and I have a shelf that is massive hold unbelievable amount of stuff so thank you Walmart for making good on Fedex’s mess up...
Overall well worth the money but with minor flaws
Overall well worth the money. My one objection is they could have make the upright posts a slight bit stronger. Also recommend they add some sort of cap for where it touches floor. Again, overall a great value. Does what it says it does.
Rack Description Is Misleading in My Opinion
The title/description for these shelves appears to be intentionally misleading to me. It shows that the shelves are 72" high and the assumption would be that all the parts are in the box to get to this height. However the couplers to connect the vertical sections are intentionally not included and the vender appears to leave it to the customer to come up with a way to connect the vertical sections. The correct description should be 2 48W x 24D x 36H one with two shelves and the other with 3. We contacted the vender more than once and they did finally provide the couplers after several weeks. They said the racks provided for Walmart are different than other stores and one of the differences is that the couplers are not included. They ended up sending us the couplers as a "curtesy". I would not order these again from Walmart. They are decent racks if purchased from Home Depot where the required couplers are included. I upgraded the rating from a 1 because we did eventually get all the parts required to achieve the advertised height.
Not as pictured
I specifically purchased this shelf because it showed to have a bracket that connects The two sections vertically. I have an identical shelf with these brackets and I'm very pleased with it. The shelf I received did not include brackets in the instructions say to hold the two vertical sections together using the shelf brackets themselves. This method of assembly is very flimsy, not acceptable, and not what is pictured in the item description. I would not have purchased this shelf had I known it did not include these brackets.
All the racks are damaged.
The color of the steel is good but all the woods in corner are broken and it's not sturdy. It shows 800 pounds but it won't. The rack wood is very cheap quality if I spend an another $20bugs I will get the good and sturdy one. I got the product with lots of damage. I won't recommend this product.
No couplers which are pictured on Walmart.com site
This particular version (UR245P-BLK ) does not have the four couplers in the parts list, but refers to using them in the instructions. You can see them in the product picture on the Walmart.com website, but there were none in the box. Other reviewers mention this as well. Without the couplers, you are basically trying to stack four corner posts that are less than a millimeter thick, on top of each other. And as it lists that this can take 4,000 pounds evenly distributed, how is this supposed to be stable enough for 800 pounds per shelf on the top half? Without the couplers, this is extremely dangerous and unusable.
