My van died in my garafe. A friend just showed up with this. She read the directions snd it worked perfectly. Was easier than trying to figure out if her car would fit next to mine because I had it in a weird location trying to clean it. This would make a great gift!
First off - the picture is the old Duracell 600W. I received the new Duracell 600W. Perusing the Duracell website appeared to indicate that this model was discontinued. My husband and I bought the old model about 15 years ago for use when RVing. I think we jump-started the motorhome once; otherwise, it's main use was for the electricity. The power goes out occasionally here and this item is very useful. The new model has USB ports, which will make it even handier during the 'blackouts'.
