Very good tire
Tires are good for city driving and quite very little road noise I just put 800 miles on it handling and Corning is very good for $51 a tire. On highway speed it giving noise above 70mph. But it's ok not a big deal. Waiting for winter to test on snow how it grips the road. Will update soon ........ My car is 2011 Toyota Corolla LE

Serious Sidewall Issues
This tire has sidewall issues, the day after installation I noticed a big bulge on one of them a couple of weeks later I found another.

Best Tires On A Budget!!

So far tires has been excellent to me. Have put around 5 to 6k miles on the tire already and its already been through flooding conditions and ice and snow storms. Its performed great in both situations. I also live in the country and have a really rough drive way with sharp rocks in my drive way. So far fingers crossed no punctured side walls or anything. Walmart tire tech suggest the Michelin tire which the side was even thinner i mean i had my 7 year old pushing the side walls and he could almost shove his finger through it. (showing him what to look for in tires) the douglas tire was tons thicker and tougher feeling. Im glad i made this purchase cause im on a tight budget already so this helped me tons. Even driving 75 on interstate in rain they stick to the road cut through the puddles with ease.

Dad makes Daughter's car safe for cheap

My daughter Krystin is 17 and needed tires for her car. You see she lives about 80 miles away from me in Jacksonville. We had planned on getting tires for 2007 Saturn because she really likes her car and it's her first car. I gave it to her so she could go to high school and her part time job. I know it's a good running car I bought it from a second owner. You see as a father you want your kids driving in a safe vehicle when they don't have much driving experience. So I called a few places and they were a couple of competitors who just couldn't make me believe I was getting a good deal. I have replaced tires on a friend's car with the Douglas all weather tires and know they are good riding and lasting tires.See we were having a hurricane in 3 days , Irma and so timing was everything . The guys at Walmart put it all together for under $300 including a high mileage oil change. Thank you

Douglas Performance Tire 225/45R17 91H SL

I bought these tires for my 2014 VW Jetta Sportwagen. They were far less in cost than the OEM Continental tires (63$ each vs 168$ each). I expected to get a tire with far more noise, less gas mileage and certainly less grip. I was very wrong. I researched the Douglas tires like I do for my motorcycle tires ( I own/ride 3 bikes, including a high performance bike), all the research was positive and I went for it. After mounting & balancing (and with tire disposal for my old ones) I paid a total of 326$. The performance has been stellar. I drive hard at times and after a couple hundred miles to scrub in the tires I find them to be very grippy, with average road noise and my mileage has stayed the same as with the OEM Contis. I would buy these tires again in a heartbeat.
