I purchased this storage ottoman in espresso to store blankets. It's perfect! I love the way it looks and it serves it pupose. It's perfect for extra seating and firm enough to use as a coffee table. I searched so many websites before purchasing this one from Walmart. I've seen similar ottomans priced at $400 and I have to say I don't see a difference between this one and the $400 ones. My kids stand on it, jump on it, and play with their toys on it, so far it has handled all of their abuse. Just order it!

Great price! Great style! Looks great!
Awesome, functional piece.
For the price, you really can't beat this. It's sturdy, has a roomy interior for storage, & looks well-made. The size is slightly thinner & moderately shorter than what I'd consider you're "average" coffee table, but it's not so small that it seems out of place or awkward. So far, it's held up to a couple weeks of my two children using it as a hide & seek play center, has been jumped on, as well as spilled on, without showing any damage afterward. :) Added bonus is that the color matched our sofa/loveseat perfectly, it looks as if it was made to match the set.
I ordered this ottoman on a Monday and received it 3 days later! Awesome piece of furniture! Looks great - like real leather, the inside storage is huge and only assembly required is to screw the legs on. I'm so happy with my purchase. You will not regret purchasing this!
made of good material... Its sturdy enough to sit on it... perfect
it's the perfect size and a lot of room to store pillows and throws or whatever. so there were a lot of complaints bc of the hinges and yes one of the hinges isn't aligned right and is a bit lifted. But other than that it's fine. I like it well enough. I think it's a bit pricey @ 115 bucks. I saw it a few months back for like 60 something (yes, I snoozed and lost) and than the price got jacked up. there is a weight limit of 50lbs so you can't sit on it.
You get what you pay for.....
I understood the price point of my purchase before it was delivered. After the ottoman was unpackaged and inspected, I found one of the henges to be bent. (I tried to bend it back but you could hear the plywood crack!) The leather was of course faux and felt as though to the touch. There is a weight limit for the top. 50lbs I believe. Other than that, for the price, it looks good, the dimensions were perfect and I'm happy with the purchase. It goes well in our theater room/rec room!
This piece is well put together and seems to be high quality. I would give it 5 starts except for the fact that in packaging the box flaps made indentations in the top and I am worried that they may never come out. This could have been avoided by the company putting a piece of cardboard across the top before sealing the box. I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter and hope she is not disappointed.
It looks really nice and has decent storage space. Only thing is that it had a small tear on the side. Cant really see it but I know its there. And one side if your not careful, will indent but you can push it back out and it looks fine. For this price, Im not gonna complain too much. Im happy with it.
The ottoman is a very nice looking piece of furniture, however, the lid is not attached exactly straight.
Looks great but bad design
I read all of the great reviews for this ottoman before I purchased but I've had a different experience with it. There was no problem with delivery or setting it up. I purchased the espresso color and it is a nice rich color. The problem is with the design of the top. It is not all cushion. It has a hard, I assume particle board, section that goes halfway up the top and then a layer of cushion, all covered with the material. What this did is cause a friction point at the transition if you sit on the ottoman or even put your feet on it. After a week, one corner has torn and another is rubbing thin. On a positive note, for those who decide to get it and you have a Roomba, there is enough room for it to travel underneath. I will be returning it to Walmart today.
