I purchased three of these tablets and I was impressed at first. I liked how they looked but, the keyboard case is not up to part.. Two of the cases that connect the keyboard to the tablet were immediatedly broken . The entire piece came out . The other case did not keep the tablet in place because there wasn't any velcro. I was dissapointed because I received these tablets on the 30th of Oct and the 1st of Nov. MY grandchildren didn't play with them until the 2nd of Nov. I called about a problem I had with the adobe flash and was told tech support would call me back didn.t happen. I calledfour days later all day and finally at the end of the day spoke to a person about the keyboards. This is the kicker they have been out of the keyboards for a month and they will inform me when more will arrive. Clearly this tells me that your company knows their is a defect in the keyboards and cases. i like the tablet but the keyboards and cases are defective. How long will I have to wait I wonder Walmart?
