Missing Piece 22, Can't assemble castle

We ordered this castle and when assembling it noticed that it was missing piece number 22, and instead had two number 24 pieces! So this definitely ruined Christmas for our daughter. I called the seller and waited over 30 min on hold and no one ever answered so just gave up. Horrible product and seller, do not recommend.

Cute!
My daughter is princess obsessed and saw this massive castle and had to have it. It didn't take my husband that long to put together. It is a pretty good size and she screamed with excitement when she saw it built on Christmas morning. A must buy for your princess loving kid!

Beautiful princess castle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter love her princess castle the castle is a little taller then my daughter the castle is 4ft tall it took me like almost 2 hours to build it it was very easy to build because each peace has a number and on the instructions it tells u how to build it and what numbers to use to start building it the only hard part was that I had to be looking for each number it was fun building it for my daughter it comes with small accessories like tiny spoons small little plates a tea cup what I also like and my daughter also like was on the side of the castle it has a swing so the barbie could swing and it has has a big window on the second floor that window has a button on the side so lights wi...

Omg this is huge!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to surprise my little one with this amazing Princess castle! I read some reviews online and looked at the specs but I had no clue that it would be as big as it was! This thing is massive! It stands taller than my kid! It's about 4 feet tall and the box it arrives in is about 3 feet tall. So I knew this was going to be pure excitement to open! There's so many cute little accessories that comes with it and putting it together was a breeze! It makes sounds and lights up as well. This I had been entertainment for hours for my little one! Definitely purchase this if you're thinking about it, it's worth it!!

Beautifully designed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is obsessed with Disney princess and she loves everything about them. This disney castle is best gift you can give to your kids. It took me about one hour to put it together by myself. There were so many small and big parts and initially i find it hard but the instruction book was so helpful everything was so clear and easy to understand. I loved that they have even put part number on each parts to make it more easy to install. There are three floors and every floor is designed really well and each part is made with so much details like which furniture part should be where and how .
