Don't waste your time or money on this television. I did everything that the manual said to do and could not get any channels, I even went outside and performed a scan and could not get any channels. The manual said that if you can't get any channels to call them. I called and they gave me a ticket number. After not receiving a return call for two days I called back. The woman laughingly told me that there is no time frame for them to call me back. I said so they could call in a day, a week, a month, or even a year? She laughed and said it probably would not take that long but that there is no time frame. I had to call back again due to no call-back. They said that if a customer called a second time (this was my third) after not being called back that they were to escalate the call to the second tier. Two more days and no call. I called them back and the person said she'd tell the supervisor. Still no call and it has been six days. There is no customer service if you have a problem. I will be returning this television this week and I know I won't be getting any call from them. Buy a different television.
