I was so happy I got this Elliptical when I did it came fast. I live in a neighborhood not safe to get out and walk. Doctors getting onto me to get out and walk. Well I done use this machine for a few days there is a big difference in my legs. You can feel it work. I was able to stand on my tippy toes and I have not done that for years. My blood pressure has come done some. I feel great.

Effortless to keep blood flowing

This was the best thing i have bought in a long time. I have very bad knees, need a complete replacement. I will keep this thing rolling on for whenever i am at my desk WFH and on a conf call or just working listening to music. My apple watch does catch them as steps so if you don't want to count the lack of actual steps i suggest taking off your watch. it is very quiet no one noticed it was going, my stomach growls louder than the peddler people have heard that lol. anyways it's a good way to keep your blood flowing in your legs so you are completely sedentary while working 8 hour in your home office :)
