It keeps these areas drier, prevents painful rashes during hot weather when air can't reach areas under belly rolls, folds of skin, or armpits. Many years ago a Dr recommended I use an anti-fungal power daily on the inside of my upper thighs between my legs to keep from getting an itchy rash. I use this almost every day and have not had a problem ever since. I also use it under my breasts on hot sticky days. It's good for more than athletes feet!

Use for medicated skin powder

Medical facility provided medicated powder for fungal infections, but took too long to get 2nd bottle. So I bought my own expensive brand. A nurse said medicated powder is medicated powder, as long as it has the 2% anti fungal ingredient. Bought Desenex the next time and it works great!
