Almost never fails!
I'm a 38 year old male who suffers from urge incontinence and nocturnal enuresis. Otherwise very healthy and in good shape. I use Depend Protection with Tabs while I sleep. I conjunction with medicine and controlling my fluid intake I find this product works almost perfect. I say almost because of the very occasional leaks. However leaks are never too severe. Although I wish they had a little more absorbency I would recommend this product.

Needs improvement
I tried these not so long ago and there are some pluses to these. The ones I tried were plastic-backed and I generally prefer that style over the cloth back that ends up stretching too much. Absorbancy was OK for a store brand but it certainly could be improved. I bought what was my size but it still felt like I was wearing diaper "jockey shorts" A higher rise in both the front and back would be nice. The front and rear elastic are a good feature and should stay--along with the plastic backing. My biggest issue were the tapes--which in the whole bag of diapers were completely useless. I ended up having to use packing tape to secure these since at the time, they were all I had to wear--I'm incontinent and I have to wear 24/7. It is a shame that all store brand diapers appear to be sub-par and you guys are one of the most common brands out there. Please listen to those of us that have to wear and use your products. You could be heroes if you look at some of the other smaller manufacturers out there for inspiration on what the diapered community wants and needs and put those improvements into production. Yay for a plastic diaper

I'm happy for a plastic tape on diaper. I have been a bedwetter all my life and these remind me of my teen diapers that I used years ago. I hate the pull ups. These are like a real diaper. With a booster i can stay dry all night.
Thank you for sharing that our Depend Briefs with Tabs meet all your needs, DiapeyDave.

Good Product for bowel issues.

Do to an accident years ago I have reduced nerve feeling down below. I am fully mobile, work full time, and have always felt the brief type products are the best for mobility and bowel issues. I understand the stigma and people wanting a more underwear looking product...… but if you have an accident nothing beats a product that you can change without having to take your clothes all the way off. These briefs are on the thinner less absorbent side, but for bowel issues you don't need all that bulk and with the 3 tapes and elastic waistband these briefs fit me snug and secure. Even with just pants over them they don't stand out unlike some of the more expensive bulkier briefs. I also find them to not be that noisy. I used to use these briefs exclusively for years, then they changed to cloth backing and Like almost every other reviewer on here... I prefer the plastic backing. Not sure why and if I wanted cloth backing I would just buy the adjustable underwear seems like Depend has to products that are almost identical. They have now switched these back to plastic backing and I will go back to them once I'm sure all the cloth ones have made it out of inventories. Is there a separate stock number for the cloth ones? Overall if your Mobil and have some bowel issues, and you want a brief type product that is not super bulky... these fit the bill. If you have heavy urinary leakage these are on the lighter side compared to the more expensive brand briefs.
It's great that these are working well for you, banshee89. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience with us!

Snug fit

I have worn depends fitted briefs before. They don't hold a lot but the 3 tape tabs make for a snug fit. You can expect to use 6 diapers or more per day [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We appreciate you giving our protection with tabs a try, Baby Dave. We will share your feedback with the rest of our team. Thank you!
