This does it all
I need to change underwear with my pants on. That means tabs. The other brands of tabbed underwear is flat and too loose. Depends is shirred at the waist. That means it fits without slipping. It is also more attractive.

#1 and #2

this diaper is honestly quite comfy. it feels smooth and tight. I have no control over my bladder or bowel and this diaper holds in a lot of my urine, also if my stomach cramps, and I know what is coming, I feel confident my mess will not go anywhere other than the seat of my diaper. I was at a wedding and I had to go #1 and #2 and I felt them both coming, almost simultaneously I wet and messed myself, but this diaper held them both In with no leaks or drips. im 17 and sitting in my own urine and mess is the last thing I wanna do, but this diaper makes the experience much more enjoyable. thanks depends!

I love this underwear

About six years ago I started to wear depend adjustable underwear. After I began to have a rough feelings. So my doctor recommend this product. Well I'm only 20 and as a female radio station host in my hometown it's hard not to tell about my young incontenice problems. And this is why the depend adjustable underwear is so discreet that no one can see or hear what I'm wearing. Even when I have to change it. I don't have to remove my jeans or skirts off. I could just remove one and put on a new pair on! And my parents and close friends can't tell or see I'm wearing a depend adujustable underwear. P.s. I too can't feel that I'm wearing this underwear!

best fit and comfort

I like how these are breathable. I have used a regular diaper and have had rashes. With the adjustable underwear, they are quiet and my skin can breathe. I have been using them a long time and enjoy the comfort. Great job depend keep up the great work.

My best back up underwear yet.

Hi, I'm Saree. And as young 21 year old girl I have had incontince when I was 18. And I wore different depend underwear. But this depend adjustable underwear is the best. Unlike the other that I tried the depend fitted briefs. Witch were a little big for me since I'm a skinny girl. But I came across these and I decided to give them a try. Once at home I opened the package and examine them. Then I put them on and felt so good and there not that noticeble. And they don't make any sound when I move. And I can change them with out taking off my skirt. Witch is good. This is why I love depend adjustable underwear. The Best protection yet!

1. I had trouble figuring that out at first, too, but once I did, I found these underwear to be easy to use and versatile, too (as pull-ons or as open-type diapers). Yes, the perforations that are in front of the tabs (sort of underneath them, really) DO have to be torn open if you want to remove the underwear without pulling them down. Also, if you don't want to use them as pull-ons, but you want to use them as an open-type diaper, then you will need to tear apart the perforations each time. But that's the beauty of this product -- it is very versatile depending on your needs, and needs tend to change from day to day. Sometimes when I put it on the patient as a pull-up, I first put a small tear in the middle of the perforation on each side because that makes it much easier to tear off if necessary later on. As a full-time caregiver for an elderly incontinent person who cannot dress herself, I searched high and low for a product like this. It is literally the ONLY one I've found that really helps both the caregiver and the patient, because it can be used either as a pull-up or as an open type diaper. It can easily be ripped off for emergencies (it has perforated seams), and the velcro closures let you open and readjust them as necessary. We use them along with extra pads. I also really appreciate that I can order them online from Walmart.com and have them shipped right to the house. Really, this product and Walmart have been lifesavers for us! I'm sure this product can be used for men as well as for women, depending on the size of the person.

2. I tear the depends at the perforations when putting them on my father. Then just pull the tabs to the other side of the perforation and press; they will stick. You can adjust them as tight as you want. They will stay until you wish to take them off.

3. Hi, Peggy. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your question. The perforated sides should be easy for you to open, and the prefastened tabs should allow you to easily fasten the underwear back together once the perforated sides have been opened. Once you've removed the underwear, you do have the option of opening the perforated sides of the new brief to easily put the new one on. We hope this information helps. Thank you.

4. Just tear them and put them on the wearer. Then, "put them back together." Seems as if it would not work well, but it does.
