I could not have selected a better toddler bed for my daughter. My husband and I had it put together in no time. Its beautiful dark cherry color matches her other furniture in her room as well. I have had the bed for a couple of weeks now and my daughter has slept on her new bed the entire time. I highly recommend this bed to anyone who likes the darker cherry finishes and to anyone who wants to add a beautiful piece of furniture to their child's room. Great product!

I bought this bed for my son. It looks as great in person as it does in the picture and was so easy to put together! I love that it has the extra two legs in the middle. My son used to jump around in his crib so I was worried he would do that with the toddler bed. The middle legs are screwed in with metal brackets so it makes me feel better knowing that it has great support. I thought it was very reasonably priced and so far I'm very pleased with the quality. I would definitely recommend this product!

We bought this for our not quite 2 1/2 year old son and it's been working out great. It's low to the ground so it's easy for him to get in and out of easily and although he's never rolled out while sleeping, I'm not concerned about an injury if he does. Assembly was easy, although I didn't realize when I ordered it that the sides of the frame were actually two pieces that connect where the center legs go. This initially concerned me, but after seeing that the side pieces actually rest on part of the leg, it seemed to be quite structurally sound. My son's 35 lbs. and previously used his crib as a trampoline, so I'd imagine that if anyone could test it's design, it'd be him. I'm glad that we went with a wooden bed to match his dresser and just let him pick out his bedding. The dark cherry is a nice finish and looks good with any bedding set we use. It'll also make it easier to pass down to his sister when he's done with it.

I was looking for a bed for my 6 year old toddler. Upon, doing some research I came across this bed and I decided to give it a try. Upon, receiving the bed it was easy to assemble and the instructions were well written. The bed is very sturdy and will fit into any furniture decor. Just beware of your own strength when tightening the bolt nuts, because you might crack the wood. Once the screws are in tight, your done move on to the next one. It's worth the investment and you'll be very pleased.

I purchase this product for my 4yr old and we both couldn't be happier with it. At first I was a little skeptical about purchasing a toddler bed vs a tiwn size bed as I feared that the toddler bed would be way too small for him. However once fully assmebled, my 4 yr old who is 42'' long had plenty of room to lay down in. I even climed into the bed to test it out, and even though I couldn't completely strectch my 5'2'' frame out, I was still pretty comfortable lying in the fetal position. I also choose the toddler bed over the twin bed because I figured it would be an easier transition for him and less jaring, not to mention it takes up less room, which means he has more room within his room to manuever. The bed held up with the both of us lying in it, even thought our combined total weight was well over 4x the recommended weight for this bed, which is is 50lbs. The bed is still new and yet my 4 yr old has already put a beating on it, by jumping on it, and yes it has endured his rought play!Assmebling the bed was pretty easy. I never once lost my cool or try to chuck it, as I did his crib years ago when trying to assemble it. Total assmebly time was about a hour and a half, however I am very slow at assembling objects, but am pretty sure that I could assemble another one of these beds in about 15 mins if I had do it again as it is that easy. However, if I may suggesst, when assembling this bed do not fully tighten all the screws and bolts especially when installing the head and foot rests, as you will creat a space to tight for the rests to slide into place. And what ever you do do not try to force the rests in place as you will crack the frame as I did, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. Also you will need a flat head screw driver, #an Allen Wrench is included# to hold the bolts in place, and I would suggest using once with a magnectic head so that the bolts stay in place for proper alignement with the screw.

My husband put together the toddler bed in just a few minutes. He said it was pretty straight-forward. So...assembly: easy. The dark color matches all of the furniture in my daughter's room perfectly; that's why we went with this finish. I also like that the style of this bed looks like "grown-up" furniture, just smaller. I was pleasantly surprised that, for the money, the bed doesn't look "cheap." It seems sturdy enough, like it will last all through my daughter's toddler years. We're very happy with it. So...quality and style: exceeds expectations for the price! Finally, my daughter seems really excited about it because it looks like a real bed. She climbs into it with her stuffed animals and grins at us. Now to just keep her in it all night! (The only thing I miss about a crib with 4 walls)! The one minor complaint I would have would be that I wish the rails were a little longer, but after researching MANY toddler beds in our price range, it seems this is the standard length, so there's not much I can do about it. Overall, great bed for the price.

We purchased this bed for our son's 2nd birthday, and he's been sleeping in it for about 6 months. We like the look of it, and enjoy the fact that it looks like a smaller version of adult furniture. It certainly serves its purpose and has worked well for our son. It is plenty sturdy for our son, although I would hesitate for my husband or myself to lay down on it. I wouldn't want to risk breaking it. I like that it has an extra set of legs at the midpoint to provide some extra support, although we frequently stub our toes on it. Assembly was fairly straight-forward, but it can take a while. Some of the pieces are easily mistaken for each other and I had to go back and swap out some pieces when I was about two thirds finished. Overall, we are pleased with the product.

Our daughter is 2.5 years old and was still in her crib. Along came her little brother and we needed to move her into a big bed. Unfortunately, she was scared of the daybed in her bedroom and the railings we bought made it a hassle to read her stories at bedtime. We tried a similar toddler bed that was about $15-20 cheaper from Amazon.com and sent it back because there were too many pieces and it was very difficult to assemble and cheaply made. After a great deal of research, I settled on the Delta Canton Toddler bed. We are so glad we did. We also bought the Sealy Soybean Foam mattress to go along with it. The bed is very sturdy and even my 200 pound husband has sat on it without breaking it. I highly recommend this toddler bed. This bed exceeded my expectations.

I know this because my husband put it together upside down before realizing it should be the other way. ;)
