I admit I didn't shop around much as I wanted a companion monitor to my dell ultrawide that matched aesthetically, but this monitor definitely meets my expectations. The picture is sharp, the ability to raise and lower the display is excellent, the screen is very matte and reflects little of any light, and it overall feels sturdy and well made.

Good well, built monitor.
Great office monitor
Because of the transition to the 'work from home' situation, I decided to get this monitor for my office space. The bezels are thin, so you get the maximum screen space that you can get. It works great in a bright room, and the colors are sharp. The ergonomics of it are perfect (swivels around as well as up and down). Would recommend. Also, the shipping was lightning fast (I got it within 12 hours of ordering).
Great choice for sharp 16:10 1920x1200 displays
I've been buying Dell UltraSharp panels for my multi-monitor desktops since the early 2000s. This makes four U2415s on my desk right now, replacing a pair of 2007wfp and a pair of 2410f displays. Quality is excellent, panels are nice and light, and do everything they're supposed to. It seems like these may be the last 16:10 displays in this size, at least without going to 2K/4K resolutions. Each pair is driven by an IOGEAR KVM switch and I have some older systems behind those, so moving to much higher resolution panels might not have worked well. Overall I'm happy, but the move to USB soundbars means a poor solution for microphone connectivity through the KVM switch. USB device switching is okay in general, but A/V devices don't always reconnect properly. But this isn't exactly a monitor issue, and the AE515 Professional Soundbar is quite effective.
I chose this monitor because it was recommended by the Wirecutter review site. Unlike the reviewers there I am not in a position to compare this to other monitors, but I will say I like it very much. Colors are sharp and clear, body is wonderfully slim, does not overheat. Two different input cables make it easy to connect either my work or personal laptop. It has made wfh during the pandemic much more pleasant.
A Great Monitor for Business User and Occasional Gamer.
Once again Dell delivered an excellent monitor. I love the extra viewing area provided by the 1900 x 1200 resolution as well as its accurate and bright colors. The monitor is solidly built and came with a really nice stand. The quality of the U2415 far exceeds the cheaper monitors that I've purchased in the past. This is definitely a great choice for business users and occasional gamer.
I bought his monitor because it the same model as my office monitor. The one my employer purchases. It a nice monitor and I really like it. It makes working from home more effective.
A very good general-purpose monitor
I have been a big fan of Dell UltraSharp monitors. U2415 is not the best UltraSharp I've used, but it's very bright with good color accuracy. Plus it's reasonable priced and covered with excellent Dell warranty, I'm very satisfied!
An important component.
Very pleased. Sharp picture. Great resolution. Since the monitor is the part of the computer that you "use" the most, it's important to have a good one. It's even better to have two good ones!
Top-Shelf Solution for Laptop Users
I bought this monitor to use with my XPS 13 laptop during the extended work-from-home COVID-19 period and couldn't be happier. I spend most of my time working in Outlook and MS Office applications. The screen is bright, clear, and sharp and my eyes are very, very happy. My only minor annoyance is that the monitor only ships with a mini DisplayPort cable along with a USB to HDMI cable, so if your other computer doesn't support those interfaces, you will need to buy them separately.
Bad quality control and expensive.
Bad quality control. I had to exchange my monitor twice. It had distorted pixel lines. The monitor does not face straight. There is a slight tilt issue. The stand itself has uneven cut on top of the neck.
