Having to do extensive math to find the center of projects takes time and brain power, but the DCT Centering Ruler, 24” Inch – Center Finding Measurer for Woodworking Rotary, Crafting, Embroidery, Guitar Luthier saves time and is effortless to use. This ruler locates the exact center between any two points on items that are under 24 inches long. It is graduated in 1/32-inch on the top and 1/16-inch on the bottom (32 NDS and 16 THS) and includes blind space at both ends so you can line up the first marking with the edge of your project. It is constructed from stainless steel, and numbers and marked lines are permanently etched into the metal so you do not have to worry about them fading over time. Use the convenient hole on the end of the ruler to hang on your pegboard when not in use.

ONE-STEP CENTER MEASUREMENTS: Use the DCT Centering Ruler, 24” Inch – Center Finding Measurer for Woodworking Rotary, Crafting, Embroidery, Guitar Luthier to locate the exact center between any two points on items that are under 24 inches long; Having to do the math to find the center of projects and then cross-checking takes time and lots of brain power, but this ruler saves time and is effortless to use; It is a one-step deal and saves time especially when using salvaged lumber
SAE STANDARD MEASUREMENTS: Graduated in 1/32-inch on top and 1/16-inch on bottom (32 NDS and 16 THS) which makes it easy to measure things when one end does not match up with the exact inch, 1/2-inch, or even 1/4-inch
ACCURATELY MEASURE: Readable on one side only with blind space at both ends so you can line up the first marking with the edge of your project for precise measurements
VARIOUS APPLICATIONS: Center any picture, sign lettering on a router, find the center line when building accurate guitars (luthiers), measure and center embroidery designs on fabric and shirts (easier than using pesky, small stickers!), or any other item that has a 2-foot or smaller width
BUILT TO LAST: Constructed from lightweight yet durable 24.5-inch x 1.75-inch (62.2cm x 4.4cm) stainless steel that is 1/25-inch (1mm) thick for maximum strength and longevity; All numbers and marked lines are permanently etched into the metal so you do not have to worry about them fading over time; 1/2-inch diameter hole on one end of ruler for conveniently hanging on your workshop pegboard when not in use
