I love this pan!!
I love this pan!! It is deep and will hold quite a bit of items. The only down sides are: 1- its heavy- but it will last a LONG time, I can deal with that. 2- it dosent fit in my dishwasher- I have not problem hand washing it. I purchased it specifically because it is metal so down the road I don't have to worry with non-stick surface peeling off. LOVE IT!!

I bought this saute pan a few weeks ago, it immediately became my favorite pan! It’s big enough to hold a lot of food, the lid fits nice and tight. Easy to clean, but it is a bit heavy. That’s not a problem for me but might be for some folks. Overall, I love this pan, even got another one for my daughter!

My New Fave!
I love this Sauté Pan! I never had one so large before and am glad I decided to try something other than my somewhat large cast iron pan. It holds heat well, and sometimes I plan meals around how I can use this pan. Even though it is dishwasher safe, I had a problem with the pan either after the high heat of the dry cycle or maybe I heated the pan too hot on the stove, although you are only supposed to heat it to medium. Cuisinart replaced the warranted pan, and now I wash it by hand all the time. It cleans very easily. So I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking for more Cuisinart pans to purchase!
