For canned lump crabmeat, this was especially good. I made 2 large crab cakes with it and they were delicious.

I have had Crown Prince salmon and tuna it was simply wonderful. I do not mean to sound conceded however I am a good cook, I learned from my Mother who mastered any ethnic dish she made. I have made it hot in a casserole or cold in a salad. I thought their crab meat would be great as well. I could not have made a bigger mistake in my assumption. If my eyes were closed I could not have the slighted idea what was in my mouth. I do not think anyone would disagree with me. Save your money or buy something else.
