Once I was able to successfully (I'm still not sure its right) get this together, I found it very comfortable and stylish looking. The directions had no wording, just pictures and you had to guess what the pictures meant. The labels that said front on the bottom of the seat was backwards, so I had to start over. It will take you longer that you think to put it together, but it works. I can't seem to adjust the incline of the back of the chair, so I am sitting pretty much straight up and down. However, it's a significant improvement over my old chair. If I knew it was put together correctly, then I'd know for sure if there was a problem with adjusting the incline of the back.
