HOB From Frozen - Stovetop Instructions:. Remove a vacuum-sealed pouch from outer bag. Place unopened pouch into boiling water, boil for 7 minutes or until mussels are hot. Microwave - From Frozen - Remove a vacuum-sealed pouch with outher bag. Puncture holes in pouch with a fork before placing into the microwave. Cook on highest temperature setting for 4 to 6 minutes - or until mussels are hot. Cooking time may vary depending on model of microwave. Keep frozen until ready to serve.

these are absolutely incredible. I pick some up every time I go to Walmart. at just over $2 a pound on average (where I live), these things are a steal. best price I've seen. They are cooked, easy to prepare, and taste wonderful. Just throw the bag in some boiling water for a few minutes and you're done. Drain and serve. I like to cook them a little longer to make them firm, but you can literally just thaw them. Quality is always exceptional (and I have bought these many many times). They don't need any sauce, but I usually put a hearty portion of garlic in some butter and melt in the microwave. Forget clams, forget oysters, forget shrimp. This is where it's at!

Mussels

I love this product. I completely defrost them before I add them to a hot mixture of garlic, chicken stock and white wine. Cover & cook for 10 minutes and they are done. The ones that do not open we open with a knife. Have not had a bad one in all that I have cooked. The problem is Walmart having them in stock!!!!!!!
