Let me first say about this bed that it arrived at my doorstep very quickly, was well packaged, and the product itself seemed to be made of decent materials. However, what I was personally hoping for was a somewhat soft, yet supportive mattress. I was disappointed however to find that the bed was in fact very firm, with only maybe an inch or two of a bit softer latex foam on top. The main layer of foam underneith was very firm, and although it had a little bit of give, it gave me the feeling of sleeping on a floor in a sleeping bag. The mattress did not contour to my hips well as it did not have much "give", and being a side sleeper, I could not get comfortable. Placing a memory foam topper on this eased that problem quite a bit, but it still was like sleeping on a rubber brick to me. Now, if you actually WANT a really firm bed, this could be for you. It certainly didn't sag and was in fact very supportive. There wasn't a very long warranty that came with the product, the brochure said 60 days or something like that, after that they just give you a certain percentage off of replacement. #I just wanted to mention that because I myself was wondering about this when I made the purchase# I would suggest to Walmart that they include some sort of softness rating or a better description of the product to aid in the purchasing decision. Had I known that the bed would be so incredibly firm, I would have chosen a different mattress. To Walmarts' credit, they did give me a prompt refund when I returned the mattress to my local store a few days after recieving it, and for that reason they have earned my future business and I would not hesitate to shop through their online web store.
