This stroller has met all my expectations and more. I bought this stroller to use instead of the behemoth travel system stroller we have. I originally was looking for something light and would fold down compact so we can use it when we take trips. So I started to look for an umbrella stroller but I am so glad I chose this one instead. Contours Lite stroller vs umbrella stroller -Folds down much smaller than a large stroller but not as compact as a umbrella. -Can be pushed with one hand. / Must use two hands to push in a straight line. -Has a large storage area underneath large enough to hold a fully loaded diaper bag and more./ Many have no storage underneath or only enough to fit a couple of diapers. - Large canopy to block sun / Very small canopy only good enough to block the sun if it is directly above in the sky. - Large wheels with rubber tires / Small wheels completely made of plastic. - Seat tilts back to allow baby to take a nap. / Stationary seat only in upright position. - Tray and cup holders for baby and adult. / None - Brake system easy to engage and disengage with foot. / Many have no brake system or one that is difficult to use. - Padded shoulder straps. / Straps which cut into the childs neck. - Very sturdy not worried about it tipping over. / Very flimsy and easy to tip over. This stroller can be carried and opened by me with one hand. So I can be holding my child in one hand and opening the stroller with the other. Closing it takes too hands although I was still able to do it while holding my girl. Some might find this too difficult. The stroller glides easily and you are able to weave through large crowds with ease. And without clipping anyones ankles (Travel stroller). I've been able to move through tight department store aisles and crowded outdoor restaurant patios. I've taken it on concrete, grass, packed gravel and even took it to the beach over loose sand. I just needed to pull it backwards to go through the loose sand. While our travel system stroller would get bogged down in the sand as soon as we left the pavement. The childs tray can be taken off and put on with ease with the articulating joints. Which you can leave attached on one side to swing the tray out of the way. My daugther really enjoys riding in this stroller and she sits up better in it than our travel system stroller (Chicco brand). In the larger stroller she seems to slouch more. While the Contours Lite stroller doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of the larger stroller. Its makes up for it by being more practical yet still have the most important features of the big stroller. If you are wondering about the size. My daughter started riding in it at five months except she was born small. She was only 11 pounds 13 oz at five months. I will post a picture of her in it. She is 6 months in the picture. I hope this helps with your decision. Best of all....all of it for Under $60!

I just love this stroller! Easy to set up all you do is pop on the wheels it only takes like 2 mins. Glides when you push it and has plenty of space in the bottom for a diaper bag/ purse. I had purchased a jeep stroller later on after i had my first child and it was the best investment yet. Theres no way im ever carrying a big bulky stroller around again. My daughter is now 5 and we still have her stroller exept now im having a boy and dont want pink for him and need more space for a diaper bag, since she didnt have one at the time of the purchase. I cant wait to get my use out of this one because its still so much upgraded from my other one. And you cant beat the price of it!!!!

I spent a long time looking for the perfect lightweight stroller and I absolutely found it. This stroller is the perfect weight and size and still has some of the "fancy" stroller extras like the huge basket under the stroller, cup holder and snack tray. It was very easy to put together and is a breeze to collapse and open up. It even fits in the trunk of my mom's Volkswagen Beetle!

Our daughter was born in December and we live out in the country so we decided not to get a stroller right away only because we live in a small place and not being able to use it for a few months because of snow so we looked around for a stroller. We didn't want one of those big bulky ones that you attach the car seat to and we didn't want a little ting umbrella stroller so we looked and looked and we came across this one. I fell in love with it for one because it is my FAVORITE color it was cross between the small ones and the big bulky ones. We ordered it on Friday and had it site to store and picked it up yesterday. We used it for the first time today and I have to say it is AWESOME. We have a gravel driveway and it went through the rocks like cake. My daughter rode in it and was out with in 10 minutes, if that. It lays down far enough where she is almost laying flat and the umbrella still keeps the sun out of her eyes. I just can't say enough about this stroller. If I ever have another baby I hope they still have this stroller available because I will be buying another one. After I seen my daughter in it for the first time I believe this would be fine for a newborn baby because of having the 5 point harness.

After my third baby I wanted a lite stroller to keep in my car to use around town and to travel with. We live on a ranch so I have to use a jogging stroller at home which is so big and bulky. When I pulled the Contours stroller out of the box I was so shocked how lite it was! It has a nice big canopy, huge storage basket, pushes easy, comfortable for my eight month old, and looks great! I am 5'3" and my husband is 6'3" we both love the height of the stroller. The ONLY negitive is that the cup holder can fall off (it fell off when we checked it on the airplane but found it) and it does take two hands to fold it. This is far better than just your umbrella stroller which is what I was looking for and I am so glad I spent a little more time finding this one. I highly suggest gettting this stroller! I LOVE IT!

I love this stroller! Here are the reasons why: 1. Great Maneuverability - I can push it one handed with no effort 2. Very very light - I was able to carry it out from our door step with my 5 month old, 16 pound baby in it 3. Huge Canopy 4. Color is very nice and visible - helps when I am walking at dusk 5. Parent Cup Holder - its nice to have one, lots of lightweight strollers dont come with them 6. Child Tray Swivel - really neat 7. Multi-position recline - definitely was a must for me and it is awesome! 8. Comfortable for my little rider :) Some things I wish were changed: 1. Smaller folded dimensions - its a bit hefty, but of all the pros, I just deal with it 2. Rubber tires - I use it a lot and I really wish the tires were rubber so I don't have to worry about walking on rough roads

Such a great stroller. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some have, but it is enough. It is much, much lighter than my previous travel system, and it is less than half the size of the contours tandem stroller which I also own. Of all 3, this is my favorite. It is lightweight, portable, has basket for storage, tray for infants/toddlers, foot rest for larger kids, very manueverable, back is positionable (almost lays flat# and the shade is large. This is a little more expensive than your typical umbrella stroller when taking it into consideration, but worth every penny IMO. Generally umbrella strollers have small shades and lack large baskets below. The basket is large enough for a full diaper bag with some room to spare. The seat lays back #nearly flat# for your children to nap. The seat is positionable with a strap, so there are no set settings, just move it to where your child is most comfortable. It has a 5-point harness and shoulder/neck packs which is great for babies that slide to the side a little. I find the material easy to clean, and it is gender neutral. The front snack tray is removable. We use it mostly to hold lost binkies and toys when on outings. The front wheels are perfect. This stroller is by far the easiest stroller to push than many that I've tested. I've taken it to malls, flea markets, libraries, walks on the street, gravel roads and through grassy fields at our local parks and ponds. It is EASY to get around, and it is so lightweight even with my son #9 months, 16 lbs.# sitting in it. If you test on a gravel road, be aware there are no shocks on this things. Kids will feel all the bumps. The point is that you can push it with little resistance. The cup holder is nice for my keys, phone, or a drink #not all of them at once though#. Truthfully, if I had to make any improvements to this model, I would add another cup holder or larger module for keys and cups #that's a want, not a necessity#, and I would add more padding to the seat. It is a little thin. My son doesn't sit in this for HOURS on end, so the lack of padding does not bother him or me. He seems to like it, and even my big girl #turning 4) wants to ride it in when her brother is not. Really a great investment for an inexpensive lightweight stroller that will last through the toddler years.

I got my stroller today and I LOVE it. First off, it was VERY easy to set up. All of the pieces you have to put on just snap on, no tools required. The pros for me are: The front wheels, they are EXTREMELY swively (is that a word?) and the stroller handles amazingly well. There is a child tray, alot of the models in this price range do not come with a child snack tray and that is a big deal for me. It has a reclinable seat with many positions. The cons for me: For the price it could have a better reclining mechanism. It has a 5 point harness (which is a con for ME, i personally do not like them) for the price it could have a better parent tray (comes with a BIG cup holder that will hold a venti starbucks up or a water bottle with plenty of room) In the end, i really really love this stroller. I have been through about 10 stroller over 5 years with 3 children and by far this is my favorite. I love the color and that it folds and stands on its own. Overall i give it 5 stars!

Does the stroller use a strap to reline the seat into any position you want or does it use one of those metal pre-measured increment where there are only like 3 different postions. I like the where you can just click the recliner into a position like my other stroller.
