I bought this drone for my adult son who really has had a lot of fun with it. It is easy to maneuver and the video is clear. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a first drone.

My son had been collecting money to buy this drone for quite some time. He did all the research on how to fly it and read the manual as well once he got it. The drone was what he had wished for. I personally loved the drone, it's light weight and easy to maneuver. It lights and has a nice look. My son picked up very quickly on how to fly it and even show off with it. We had also bought the Walmart care plan as well, however they were not helpful when we had a a flying issue. Nonetheless, the manufacture warranty along with the customer service representative happily walked us through it. I am glad we bought this product. My ten year old got what he worked hard for.
I love this drone. It's a great starter drone for someone that is just starting out and learning to fly as its not overly expensive in case of an accident. The camera and video quality are OK for the price. Over all I would recommend buying this drone for ANY beginner whether they are young or young at heart....
We are very disappointed. Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We opened it and on its first flight the thing took off. The one touch return and emergency stop did NOT stop it. We drove all around looking for it and nothing. Now we have an extended warranty and hand controller but NO drone. My daughter is extremely sad. Not a very merry Christmas
It is possible that this is a great drone and I just got a lemon but as soon as I got this drone, I started having problems with it. It started out going sideways when it took off. The headless mode didn't work at all. Then it started randomly shutting off. Turns out there was a wire loose underneath and it would only turn on if you held that wire down. So I contacted the seller (Amazingadget) to see if I could exchange it. They were simply awful to deal with. They take forever to respond and are not helpful. First they wanted me to take a picture of the problem like they didn't trust me when I said it was defective (which doesn't make much sense since I was just wanting an exchange--not a refund). Then they told me to send it back and they would try to fix it. I told them I didn't want that particular one since there was obviously a lot wrong with it. I also asked for a shipping label because I didn't think it right that I should have to pay extra money for something that was their mistake. They refused to do that then told me they would give me 10% off if I would just keep it (keep in mind it doesn't even turn on at this point unless you are holding down that wire). Then they gave me a three day deadline to return it. At this point, obviously I wanted a full refund instead of an exchange because I never wanted to have to deal with them again. So I sent back the drone (which cost me $20). So now I am out a drone and $20. I have dealt in customer service for years and would NEVER treat a customer like that. It is worth losing a little money like for a shipping label to keep that customer coming back--especially if you sent them a defective product. If you are set on this particular drone, take my advice and buy it somewhere else, even if it means spending a little more.
I bought it for my son for Christmas .. He flew it the next day after letting it charge all night . He tried to get it to return home and it never came back button didn't work .. We never found the drone we searched for days he was very upset .. this is not worth the money .. I AM OUT THE MONEY AND MY SON HAS NO DRONE...
