Fluoride in toothpaste since brushing as a kid caused gagging in my latter 40 latter life. Thankfully, I've tried natural toothpaste such as Hello, Simple Truth peppermint.. I've been looking for gel just like this Colgate one with whitening .. it's very awesome with a manual toothbrush. White paste for white pearl whitening fluoride of some form should be used for an electric toothbrush instead of gel. Only flouride paste is like a stick of peppermint gum. Happy brush-brush. = )
