Great for the price
I love their tent. Just keep in mind after a couple years of use the water repellency wears off, but you can always re-apply it. Also, the fiberglass poles broke, but we used it a lot. I still think we got a lot of use for the money. Love that iit is so high inside and roomy.

Not the right dimensions
The floor dimensions do not give enough head/foot space. The head clearance was limited. It took us too long to figure out the set-up, (especially since we were missing 2 poles). We returned it, but could not purchase insurance at the post office as instructed.

Good tent

The tent is good took a while to set up the first time but is simple enough. Lots of screens. Which is quite important unless one likes being hot. Good tent for the price. Only flaw I noticed was eight and nine year old had a hard time zipping shut, zippet seemed to be a little tight.

Great Tent so far

I only used once in a nice campground in beautiful weather in April in NC, no rain yet. I set up in backyard first, did it by myself! Did not set up the rain fly until the second day of camping trip because dark when we got to camp, so just threw over top until light. It took a while to find the sleeve for the rainfly pole, but once found, easy to put on. Have not waterproofed yet because I had not decided whether to keep it or get another. Very roomy, seemed to withstand moderate wind fine. Did use Coleman stakes instead of small ones with tent-read other's reviews and took their advice, glad I did! Hope it stands up to rain if it comes!

Great for the value

I've only tried the tent once on a three day camping trip in a pseudo-outdoorsy camping ground in Santa Cruz, California toward the end of March: 1. The tent was SUPER easy to set-up 2. The colour is as advertised 3. It was very spacious (but SQUEEZES 6, more comfortable with 4 - 5) 4. The tarp may not protect the inside of the tent from flies. Many flies came in from the space between the top of the tent and the bottom of the tarp near the front of the tent, and sneaked through the netted portions of the ceiling.

Owned for 20 years. Very happy.

This is a classic four pole ten plus one in the rain fly. I've used this tent about 8 nights per year for about 20 years. No defect or problems at all due to manufacturing. Pair this tent with two cots a hanging light and a small fold up table and two people could spend a long time together.
