I've owned stainless steel and I've owned non stick..both were hard to clean afterwards as the food stuck to the bottom of the pan.. and the bottom would peel and flake , this brand is bar none the best I've ever owned.. I have someone that comes in and cooks for me she raved about the pots and pans so much so she bought her daughter a set.. and now I'm back to cooking because I love how easy it is to cook in them.

12" Frying pan was already missing interior ridges

I bought the 10-Piece ScratchDefense Nonstick Cookware Set - thank goodness I didn't wait till Xmas to open the box. I was so excited to see my new cookware but as I was checking each pot and pan I discovered the 12" Frying pan had spots in the interior of the pan, as I look closely and pass my finger over the spots you can feel the ridges are missing on these spots! Very disappointed and I filed a claim because I couldn't get a hold of a HUMAN person your 800 Customer Service line.

    Love it!. Absolutely non-stick (including skin side down salmon with no oil at all). Heavy, so it holds and even heat. Great on the Induction cooktop. Way easier to use than expensive, heavy, induction ready, stainless steel pans, so we order two more smaller sized ones.

    Impressive pan this

    I first bought the smaller version of this pan and then had to have another larger one. I have a stack of pans but these are the ones I always reach for over and over. This pan provides a good sear on my electric stove which is difficult to get. Never does food stick. Clean up is a breeze. Love these pans.

    This is my second set of Circulon and I'm just as happy with this one as the first one. I used my first one for about 12-15 years and while it was still a good set, it was time for a new one. This new set seems to be sturdier and I love the coating on it. So far, it has been as good as I knew it would be!

    Great Set of Pans

    Great durable easy clean pans. Like the lids to sauce pans with easy drain holes. Skillets are perfect size. I did order a 2 quart sauce pan. Only came with 1 & 3 quart sauce pans.
