Ingredients: Cooked Rice (Water, Parboiled Rice, Canola Oil), Cooked Chicken (Chicken Breast Meat, Water, Potato Starch, Sugar, Salt), Water, Sugar, Pineapple, Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Pineapple Juice, Corn Starch, Lemon Juice, Salt.
Instructions: Keep frozen. Microwave Cooking: (Instructions are based on a 1500-watt microwave oven. Heating times may vary based on your microwave). Note: During heating, this container will become hot. Please use caution when touching the container or removing the lid. 1. Remove the tamper resistant seal by tearing along the perforation. Vent the container by lifting at least one corner of the lid. 2. Place the container in the center of the microwave and heat on high (full power) for 5 minutes. 3. Carefully remove the container from the microwave. The container and product will be hot. Remove the lid by lifting each of the four corners with care to avoid burns and stir contents thoroughly. Be sure to mix the product fully from the bottom of the container to the top to ensure equal heating. 4. Replace the lid on the container lightly to allow product to vent while heating and place back in the microwave. Heat on high (full power) for an additional 3 minutes. 5. When done, and again with care to avoid burns, stir and let stand uncovered for 1 minute before serving. Serve & enjoy!
