The heated neck massager is very well made. I like the weight it has because it helps to stabilize the pillow very well around the neck and shoulders. It heats well in the microwave and hold the heat quite nicely. It sits nicely around my neck while I'm scrolling through social media on my phone and providing a warmth that helps me relax.
