Ceeport Hydrocolloid dressings are processed dressings consisting of an elastic polymerized hydrogel mixed with synthetic rubber and adhesives. When in contact with wound exudate, the hydrocolloid layer forms a cohesive gel that provides a moist wound healing environment and promotes the body's own repair process(i.e., autolytic debridement). It absorbs exudate from a wide range of mild to moderate exudative wounds such as pressure ulcers(Stage l and ll),venous leg ulcers, first and second degree burns, skin grafts and donor areas, post-operative and traumatic wounds, etc.
