I love Carrington Farms Coconut Cooking Oil! Use it to cook with PLUS put some on our dogs' food and their hair look great. Helps with their shedding, too! However, we received this product from WalMart and one of the lid's flip top was broken off. It was not in the box. Guess it was actually put in our box broken to be mailed to us that way. :( Love the Carrington Family Coconut Oil NOT the WalMart care of the products they send out.

Coconut oil is useful for so many cooking needs.
I really like the usability of liquid coconut oil. I cook with it, pop corn in it, bake with it, too. Great stuff, just a little pricey, though.
