    It DOES Have MANY Benefits

There are clearly many benefits to fractionated coconut oil if you do a little research. Too many to name in a simple review actually. This specific brand of liquid coconut oil also contains a decent amount of lauric acid unlike many other brands. Always research things yourself before buying and don't just listen to people in reviews.

    Every day skincare use.

This is the best oil for dry skin. I recently got sunburned and rubbed it on. By the next day I was not hurting at all just tan. I use it after every shower for moisture for dry skin. Soaks in fast no smell and not sticky. So glad a friend reccomend it for personal lubrication also. Does not cause urinary tract infections like the silicone based lubricant does.

Great for Popcorn, no oily taste or other taste

I just started using this to cook popcorn since all other oils seem to leave a greasy taste and I can't stand dry popcorn. This leaves no after taste , to me at least, cost more but like I said I only use it for popcorn, my favorite snack at night.

Has no benefit of real coconut oil

In short, this oil has little or no lauric acid which is the major benefit of coconut oil. So it has no healthy benefit, and if you want coconut flavor which has none either. Coconut oil is a superior oil because of it contains about 50% of Lauric Acid, however, it's liquid only above 110F (real coconut oil is liquid above 74F). To make it liquid at room temperature, all or most lauric acid has to be removed. So, while the marketing said "coconut oil", what you get is coconut oil with the best thing removed, the rest is other MTC oil which hasn't been proved of good or bad effect on body. It's mostly by-product after extract lauric acid for making cosmetic and resold as cooking oil for higher price.

    No coconut flavor at all!

I don't care for coconut but after reading all of the praises regarding it's healing abilities I tried this. there is absolutely NO COCONUT taste. I couldn't be happier.
