The Mountain White Sandwich Bread is deliciously soft and full of extra healthy goodness. Enjoy it with your favorite nut butter, as a grilled cheese, BLT, or any way you wish! Be creative, and be healthy! Made with a long list of healthy ingredients, this gluten free bread is not only delicious, but it's nutritious, too. Each slice is loaded with 1 gram of protein and 2 grams of fiber. Bread can be stored at room temperature and enjoyed within 5-6 days OR freeze for up to 3 months until ready to consume. Storing in the refrigerator will cause the product to dry out and become stale. Ingredients are water, brown rice flour, organic agave syrup, tapioca flour, whole grain sorghum flour, xanthan gum, cultured brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, whole grain amaranth, sea salt, yeast, natural enzymes.
