Great Macro Lens

I purchased this lens a few weeks ago and I can't put it down. If you are looking for a macro lens, you can't go wrong with this one. I will let the attached photos speak for the lens. what you see is what you get. No additional sharpening was do on these photos. Pretty much as shot, handheld using auto focus with very little exposure and color adjustments in post process. I would highly recommend this lens.

Price Is Ridiculous

Hey, anyone looking to buy this lens. Any comments you read about this being worth the money that are from before October 2020 were written before they inflated the price over 33%. Not sure about you, but I'm not ok with paying an extra $300 for 7 year old technology for no reason. @CanonUSA, I was excited to buy this as a gift for my partner who is also a photographer. Be reasonable and change the price back or I'll go with another less ridiculous option, Canon.

    Very nice lens!

    This lens is a little on the pricey side, but well worth the money paid if you love photography! It is a bit heavier than the others in my collection but I must say with this being my first venture into Canons "L" series lenses i do not regret my purchase, the diffrence in the color and sharpness of my pictures are amazing!

    Great Lens

    I'm loving this lens so far, the image quality is superb and the IS is a huge help for my shaky hands! It was worth spending the extra bucks for it!!

    Great Macro Lens

    I really like this lens.

    I ordered this lens not long ago and I really like it. I have not gotten a chance to use it a lot but the times I have it performed really well.
